Are we measuring our success right?

“I am getting late,Babe!” an average person says as soon as he/she wakes up and suddenly realises he is already late and rushes just to make office on time. For them, its just another day, which employers do not take easily.

Besides lack of motivation another dominant factor that plays an important role in it is they are dreaming of doing something that is poles apart from their current job title. And the only way they are not going to transition to something they love doing is usually because of two reasons. Hesitation to switch and change, and usually the thing they want to pursue, pays comparatively less. But in doing so, they do not take into consideration the fact that they are compromising their physical health, mental health besides hating or not liking (hate is a strong word perphaps, lol) their current job.

Usually the success is measured by two factors. Salary, and Job title. But today, I opened my linkedIn and saw a post which immediately caught my attention which I am sharing with you just now.

I would Highly encourage you to at-least look at it for a long time. This can be a game changer for you. Personally, I have let go of the opportunity who would give me a great job title, and a better salary because I would not be happy doing it. I understand the pressure one has to take in order to make a decision and an encouraging family is always THE CHERRY ON TOP.

So it’s a request to all readers to believe in yourself and talk things out with people who you are most comfortable with and share your dreams and things you wish to achieve. I always do the same. You are not a robot programmed to obey, but a human who feels, thinks and make a beautiful abstract if allowed to work freely. Remember! do what you like to do and I can guarantee you you will go far ahead in life both in terms of mental and physical health, but also financially.

If there are some questions in your mind, you wanna talk about. I am just a message away.
